Credits
Credits are the fuel the assistant runs on. Every time it does something for you — writes a quote, answers your questions, makes a document or an email — it draws a little from the credit pot. You don't pay per action; the company has a pot that is topped up when the subscription renews.
One pot for the whole company
The whole company shares the same Credit pot. Every employee draws on it, and adding people to the team costs nothing extra. New companies get Free credits once when they start on Free, and they last twelve months. When the company chooses a package, a pot comes with it for the period — a month on monthly payment, a year on yearly.
You see the pot under Settings › The company › Subscription: how much is used, when it renews, and what the next invoice will be.
When the pot is running low
You don't have to watch the number yourself — the assistant tells you. As it starts getting low, it puts a small notice in the conversation: how many credits are left, and roughly how long they last at last week's pace. The notice has buttons straight to where you need them — Show usage, Choose package, Buy credits or Change package — and you can close it.
If the pot runs out completely, the assistant stops gracefully: it finishes the job it's doing, then waits with anything more until the pot renews or you buy more credits. Everything the company has made is still available — only the assistant takes a break.
The owner manages the subscription. If an employee sees the notice, they're told to let the owner know; the buttons to buy or change are the owner's.
Buy more credits
If you need more before the pot renews, you can buy extra credits — as long as the company has a package (Free sells none). Open Subscription, tap Buy credits, choose the amount and confirm.
Extra credits appear on the next invoice and last twelve months from the day you buy them. Whatever expires first is used first. If the need is lasting, it's better to switch to a bigger package under Change package — then the company gets a bigger pot each period.
More about the packages, the invoice and how you change or cancel is in Subscription and billing. To see what the assistant can actually do for the credits, read Talk to the assistant.
