Stats

Want to know how many quotes you have out, what they are worth together, and how many are accepted? It is all in Stats. It is a quick summary of your company's quotes — not an accounting report, just the pulse of what you have out and how it splits.

Open Stats

Open Stats in the app — or ask the assistant to show the numbers. The view opens beside the conversation, like the other views, and updates itself as you build, send and get replies on quotes.

Overview: how much you have out

At the top, under Overview, are two figures that answer what most people wonder about:

• Total Quotes — how many quotes the company has in total, wherever they stand in the flow.
• Total Amount — what all the quotes are worth added together, before VAT.

Together the two tell you how much work is on the table right now: many quotes at a low value is a different picture than a few quotes at a high value, and here you see which one it is.

Quotes by status

Under Quotes by Status the figures are split by where the quotes stand. For each status you see both the count and what it adds up to in kroner, so you can see at a glance where the weight sits:

• Draft — quotes you have started but not sent yet.
• Pending and Pending approval — quotes that are out with the customer, or waiting for an internal sign-off before they go out.
• Accepted — quotes the customer has said yes to. This is the work you have won.
• Finished, Rejected and Expired show up if you have quotes that are done, turned down, or past their date.

You only get the statuses you actually have quotes in, so the list is never longer than it needs to be. A lot in Draft may be something that should have been sent; a lot in Pending may be someone worth chasing.

Stats or balance?

Stats is about the quotes — your pipeline: how much you have out and what you have won. To know what you actually have in the bank and how it looks going forward, go to how the business is doing; it pulls the balance from the bank and shows liquidity and result. And to see who still has not paid, that is in who owes you money.
